Small and dark rooms could benefit from brighter decor!!! Shower dimensions must be addressed for a more comfortable experience!!! Hand towels resemble T-towels!!! Traffic noise disrupts sleep quality!!!

Fairly clean, gorgeous hotel with courteous staff and functional rooms. Very comfy beds, central heating, LCD TV set, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. Marvellous location of the venue, very close to a tower and a cathedral. Wonderful food in the attached restaurant. The hotel of choice in Pisa.

Thoroughly enjoyed my room, it was big and with good decor, the bedroom. The breakfast was tasty, had a wide array of options and the food was excellent. The place had a quiet atmosphere: D

The reasons I'm conflicted
The location is fantastic. Only a short walk to major attractions, and the restaurant serves excellent food. The staff was helpful, accommodating our baggage and assisting with check-in nuances!
The room was a bit dark and smaller than anticipated, and it felt overpriced given the limited amenities. The lack of natural light can be a downside for some guests.

The hotel is centrally located, only a short walk from the Leaning Tower. The staff were friendly and cute. I particularly enjoyed the quietness of the room despite the busy surroundings, and the breakfast for €3 was a good treat.

Close to the tower and Duomo. Walkable to most things.
Room was pretty run down. They had left the screen down in my room so there were a bunch of Mosquitos already in the room and I'd wake up with fresh bites every day. There was not a convenient electrical outlet for charging things. I'd balance my iPad on the bidet. It might claim to have AC but it is not under your control. You need a key to operate it and they had decided not to give those out. On the plus side is was reasonably quiet.

The Eco Quadruple Room was surprisingly tiny for 4 people, but the beds were nice and clean, just a bit noisy. The bathroom wasn't the best, could use some improvements. Staff could be friendlier but location is super convenient!
